I was a bit apprehensive attending a Pilates class for the first time, but the Pilates for Runners and Cyclists run by Sarah B was great! Not only is it focused on what helps me in my running, her very informative, encouraging and supportive style throughout the session really helps. To top it off my times have improved every week I have attended!

Although I'm quite familiar with Pilates, Sarah's instruction is spot on! She keeps a close eye on everyone and politely corrects positions, providing useful instruction when needed.

In six weeks with Sarah, I have seen a greater improvement in my lower back pain than in a much longer period of chiropractic therapy.  The small, precise movements of the APPI method are ideal to protect my hypermobile joints whilst building my strength and balance so I can resume other forms of exercise.  Sarah's classes are informative and fun, and I come away from them feeling as if I've had a full-body massage, exercise, and well-being tutorial in one!

I found Sarah’s Beginners Pilates Class to be a perfect introduction to Pilates and taking a more holistic approach to health and fitness.   I went along as open-minded, hopeful and yet inherently sceptical new face.  I found the classes friendly and fun and increasingly challenging to just the right degree.   Sarah generates a friendly and yet professional and encouraging atmosphere. I cannot promise to ever move away from grinding big gears on the bike or sprinting up hills, but I will be attending her new Pilates for Runners and Cyclists classes.
